Any specific suggestions/reviews/input from Costco (or elsewhere, if anyone somehow found something better/cheaper than Costco). I just want a ergonomically correct, supportive chair, preferably made of mesh. There’s no support and its just, squishy. So my question is, does anyone have experience with the mesh office chairs at Costco that look to be in the $100-200 range? I know it won’t be a $1200 Aeron, but are they at least comfortable? I’ve been using my partner’s Serta Hensley Big & Tall chair and despite it being a $400 chair, it isnt comfortable. Well, somehow my work had $1200 Aeron chairs for everyone! No way was I spending that kind of money on a chair for home. I loved the chairs in the office so I made sure to write down the manufacturer so I could look it up and maybe buy one later.

So I was working in the office until a couple weeks ago, and now I’m at home (I know, I’m about 6 months late to the WFH stuff, so I’ll just take advantage of everyone’s experience). TL DR looking for an office chair <$250 similar (maybe) to Aeron chair Please note: Moderators can remove posts/threads as they see fit outside of the above rules. Finally, we consulted reviews written by people who’ve bought these models on sites like Amazon to settle on the ergonomic office chairs you'll find below.

We then took into account price, design, comfort, durability, and adjustability. To find the best options among the many ergonomic office chairs out there, we researched some of the most popular models available through Amazon and other retailers. Even if you’re not over the upper weight limit for the chair of your choosing, picking a chair with a higher weight limit may help extend the piece’s longevity. Most chairs will support individuals weighing up to 250 pounds, but if you weigh significantly more than that, it’s worth choosing a chair that can accommodate higher weights.

Some are designed to allow you to sit in less conventional ways, like criss-cross or kneeling, which may be more comfortable for some people. Not all ergonomic chairs will have you seated on your bottom.

Some have lumbar support, adjustable armrests, and even adjustable headrests it's worth considering which (if any) of these features is important for keeping you comfortable throughout the day. Many ergonomic office chairs are highly adjustable to provide all-day comfort to those using them.
